Visiting a 'Cha Chaan Tang', Chinese tea restaurant, is my very first attempt into being a HongKong-nese. According to Fiona, this cha chaan tang does the best egg sandwich. wait, egg sandwich? i might pass, instead, i've ordered the egg custard. It's sweet and ultra smooth and it's not like the other egg custards - they were made with almond milk, which makes it smells and tastes nicer. woohoo, there goes my diet fail.

They have only one store in Hong Kong, in Jordan area. That's about it. What we've observed is that, the waiters are very welcoming and they work hand in hand, like a family, literally. nahhh. i'm just joking. lol
