Shanghai 101 - Topic Satisfaction

As discussed with a friend I've just met in Shanghai: In such a short night, We've basically covered every single topic from work, school, family, to ambitions, dreams and current loves. At one point, I told her I do not know how to find true happiness. As I quoted earlier, I've learnt that in order to find true happiness, I need to learn to be satisfied. But how? In what ways? She taught me this: As long as We KNOW that We will never be fully satisfied with what We already have ( as human beings in general always wanted MORE), We'll eventually adjust ourselves to not pursue any further as it will shown to be a futile act of attempt, and FEEL satisfied with what We already have.  Makes sense? =D
